Nice room in Ipanema

Hi there,
We are offering one single room for rent in an excellent location. The apartment has 3 toilets, lounge, kitchen, washing machine, internet 15MB, cable TV and a lot of books. I live here with my sister, a french engineer and a chilian student. It's a big apartment very well located: just two blocks from ipanema beach, 24h supermarket one block away, underground in the corner, 2 pubs, many bars, restaurants, juice shops, drug store, gym, banks, cafés, cinema, concert hall and theatre next to the building. I don't think there is a better place to live, it got everything Rio can offer in terms of services just around the block. Plus its the most charming neighbourhood in town. : ) I study international relations and my sister is a musician. Here is a peaceful and quiet environment and we are looking for a peaceful and quiet person as well. If you want a nice and friendly place to live in the best part of Rio, let me know.
